SSN on FBI Certificate

I am in the US and have SSN. However, while submitting the application form, I did not mention my SSN on it so the FBI Report has no SSN on it and instead its mentioned as xxx-xx-xxxx. Do you think if I submit this FBI certificate to CIC, it will be rejected? Should I get a new FBI certificate with my SSN on it ?
