Trying to determine whether it is useful WES ECA for a spouse's SSC certificate from India. In the CRS calculator it shows 0 points for high school, but 2 points for high school graduation. Does SSC qualify as high school graduation for the 2 points or are the points only for HSSC? Thanks.
