Hi,
I am planning to do a one year masters program in University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. This program goes under Sri Lanka Qualification Framework (SLQF) level 09 - Masters by coursework. Does anyone know what is the Canadian equivalency for this? Basically if this will be considered a Master's degree for Express entry?
