I believe they only thing they are checking for with x-ray, is tuberculosis. I'm no doctor but "negative" usually means you don't have anything, right? So i don't see why you would need to do again.
my husband had a spot on his lung to and he had to do sputum tests, skin test and xrays every 2 month for 1 year to prove he didn't have anything.. it was a huge waste of time, since he had no symptoms and all the tests came back negative. the only good thing is we did his medical way before we applied by accident, so the extra testing never delayed our process, he was done the testing before we got sponsorship approval. but when his medical expired and he had to redo it, there was no problems he didn't have to do any extra testing.
