SPP Visa rejected

Hi all,
I m Idris frm Mumbai...today i got my passport from embassy with visa rejected
The reason given is " Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of ur qualifications, previous studies, employment,level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future prospects and plans "

Can sm1 pls enlighten ths reason bcoz it is really very difficult to understand as all my documents were proper and up to the mark. ???

When did u apply?
What documents u showed while filing visa?

Applied on 1st April fr May 2013 intake.
Submitted the entire SPP visa checklist..no more no less

Didn't u attach any SOP?

What income u showed?
and did u pay full fee, and got GIC?

No i dint attached any SOP since it wasn't mentioned in d checklist.
Paid d entire first year fee n also included d GIC

If u r thinking of applying again. Then, this time attach a SOP explaining everything. In SOP, explain every reason mentioned in the rejection, and try to convince the visa officer point by point.

u will be attaching ITR's too, this time.

Yeah, its very complicated reason. But break the complete rejection in parts, and then in SOP explain every point from ur side. Explain each and every reason, given in the rejection.

Like "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of ur qualifications, previous studies, employment,level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future prospects and plans"

Here explain everything point to point, like an explanation for -

ur qualifications -- explain ur qualifications and everything tht may convince the VO

previous studies -- explain what u studied earlier, and how it may help in pursuing ur course in canada

employment -- employment opportunities of the course u selected, in india and abroad.

level of establishment -- Show ur family income, estimated valuation of residential or commercial properties, family background

language abilities -- ur language skills i.e. explain u completed ur overall studies in english, and passed ielts with 7.5

future prospects and plans -- here explain them ur future plans, u have after completion of studies in canada. Explain them u will return to india, and the education from canada will help u in some way or other.


So, this is just an idea, on how to explain ur case, to the VO. Rest make the SOP as strong as possible.

No body can tell u what chances u have.
It all depends on the VO.

u can just be prepared from ur side, making sure there are no loose ends

Yes, don't rush in deciding anything.
But if u r going for may intake, time is running out, coz u will have to defer ur admission to next intake.
If sep 13 intake, then u have all d tym u need in the world.

Unfortunately d course which i applied fr don hv sep intake n fr may i suppose its too late nw.
Seems i hv to rethink n make a fresh start.
