SPP Study Application Has been Rejected.....Urgent...Some Suggestions are needed

My Student visa for Canada under SPP has been refused for irrelevant course.My qualifications are:
B.Tech in CSE 80.10%
Diploma Computer Engg. 74%
IELTS;7.5 R and L8.0 |W and S6.5
NO GAP
Now i want to apply new york institute of technology vancouver for MS .This college is registered at CIC website and alloted with DLI number but private .I want to know that should i apply in this college and can I get post study work permit after my master from this college.Because this college is a branch of US based institute but registered in canada Please reply.

You will waste your time and money with NYIT. But your agent will make a good money.
