I was denied study permit for September 2016 intake of PG Diploma in Accounting at Selkirk College. It's been a month since my letter of acceptance has expired and still I am waiting for my tuition fee refund.
Scotia Bank has already initiated refund for GIC money but college is delaying by saying that once it gets list of students from Embassy then it will initiate refund.
Does anyone has idea about how long it takes a college to refund tuition fee?
