Hi All,
I was wondering if I can use my spouse's teaching assistant experience (in a Canadian university) as eligible occupation for the Federal Skilled Worker program. I understand this doesn't count for the main applicant (since it is acquired on a study permit)
I am on a Canadian work permit currently working with a Canadian employer.
Also, as the main applicant, I just got a job offer for a permanent position by my employer. Is this a valid job offer under the express entry program - I am not sure how this is related to LMIA as it is the position which I have been working on for over a year.
Thanks for your response(s)!
