Spouse's siblings

Hi

In my wife's sponsorship application I have seen the checklist where it says I have to provide the birth certificates and the national Identity cards of principle applicant's siblings. The problem is that their national identity cards are in Urdu and not in English. My question is, can I provide the national identity cards of the siblings in urdu? or Do I have to get them translated?
