HI Experts,

Received ITA on 24th Feb, and preparing for documents submission in few days. My spouse had indian Work experience from May 3rd, 2010 till November 18th, 2015. Since then she was searching for job till April 3rd, 2016. She recently started a new job from April 4th, 2016. Essentially, she started her job after i received ITA however before I will submit e-APR.

I know spouse's Non-Canadian Experience does not count for CRS points; however as all work experiences are required to be supported by necessary documentation I plan to submit below documents for her new job.
  • Email from HR calling for Interview dated 31st March, 2015. This email has Roles and Responsibilities mentioned
  • Email from HR confirming employment starting date and job title along with Salary details
  • Job Offer Letter
  • Letter of Explanation for not able to provide Letter of Reference in required format and with required details as she has just joined the organization a week ago

Will this be fine?

I could see her NOC code for this job falls under Skill Type C. I am the primary applicant and my primary NOC code is 2173. Is it fine if my spouse NOC code falls under Type C which is not a FSW skills type?

Thanks in advance.

No need to go through all this. Just select "no/none" in her job history section, add all her employment in her personal history section, and...well drink a beer for me (or a cool lemon soda if you're not into alcohol) 8). If you do this, then you no longer have to upload any LORs/supporting documentation for your wife. All the best.
