You should try to sponsor your spouse once’s your get your pr . Note the process takes around 1 year. Also there are two types of applications. Inland and outland spousal application.
Unless your spouse or future wife get a TRV to travel to Canada, expect to live seperately while waiting for the application to process (a year or more during COVID time... everything is slower).
As a PR, you need to live in Canada to sponsor your spouse. So you need to return and live in Canada when you submit the application and while the application is being processed. Short visits are OK. But do not try to live in your home country while waiting.
You cannot sponsor your spouse for PR from outside of Canada. You must be living in Canada in order to sponsor your spouse for PR.
A TRV is one option to bring your spouse to Canada earlier. Another option could be a study permit, however you'd want to make sure that your spouse's planned studies in Canada make sense in light of your previous education / experience. Neither the TRV nor the study permit are guaranteed to be approved.
Thank you so much all of you for your detailed guidance.
it is difficult to wait so much..I hope in nearby future, they decrease processing time as much as possible or atleast allow to live together in either of countries.
Thank you.
Hi, can you guys please guide me. My spouse and child in Canada currently on dependent work permit. Can I go ahead and submit express entry without spouse coming, and later once I get PR can apply for them? Is it possible? This is mainly due to crs.

Do not know details about express entry. There is a section in this forum on this path of immigration. You can try to post your question there.
This section if for family sponsorship. (PRs or citizens sponsoring their family)
