I have some queries regarding accompanying or non accompanying for spouse

1)If in application i write as accompanying and later while going , can i go alone or is it mandatory that my wife should accompany
2)if non accompanying , after going to Canada , will i be able to call her without any lengthy procedures.

accordingly which option will be best for me !!

1) You can go alone.
2) It's a lengthy procedure. Expect application processing to take around a year.

my spouse is non accompanying in my pr? what is the procedure to get her visa? how can my wife get a working visa under spouse sponsorship programme?
