Hello guys ,
I am an open work permit holder and i want to apply for my spouse work permit.
I want to know that do i need to create a new cic profile to apply for my spouse or i can apply using my profile?
I know it might be stupid question but i am clueless right now.
Also one more question. I went through the questionnaire and i got the reference number.
Do i need to select applying Inside Canada or Outside Canada? Because the one i selected was outside Canada as my spouse is in India.

That is correct, she is applying outside Canada. If you are helping her, keep in mind that it is HER application, and responses must be from her perspective.
