Spouse work permit extension

Hey,
I applied for my PGWP and my husband’s SOWP together. I got my work permit but my husband’s application is refused because we didn’t submit any proof of my employment under NOC A, O or B. Now my husband’s status is expired in Canada and I have 90 days to reapply within my employment proof. IRC C only mentioned that I have to give employment letter which can mention my job title, duties and salary but I heard that I also have to submit 3 pay stubs.

Can you please guide me what exact documents I have to submit? I don’t want to do any mistake this time.

I also want to know that Is it ok if I have skilled job under NOC B and my salary is minimum wage Or it should be higher than minimum wage?

Hi vidhi.. I am in the same situation applied for PGWP and SOWP on June 1 2019. my PGWP got approved on 17sept but SOWP refused, as I was not working in skilled worker category. They gave us 90days time to reapply again for restoration of spousal OWP. So I applied again on October 1st and uploaded my noc b job offer letter with noc code and job responsibilities along with 3 paystubs. No update yet.. still waiting.

Did you mantion your noc code in your offer letter or is there any separate document we have to submit to show NOC code?

My employer mention the NOC code with the job title in my job offer letter.

Yes - you definitely want to include three pay slips. What NOC are you working under? It seems odd that you are only being paid minimum wage.
