Spouse work permit along with applicants pgwp

Hi, my partner is on study permit and I am on depedent work permit. So if she completes her studies, she can apply pgwp along with my depedent work permit ? Or some one told me, as per new rule student can apply depedent work permit along with pgwp only IF student has full time job ? Else depedent can't get work permit ?

You will only be able to extend your dependent work permit when your spouse obtains a PGWP if your spouse has a full time job that is NOC A, B or 0.
