Spouse work experience outside Canada

Is there any value/ crs score for spouses work experience outside Canada? When I used the crs score tool to get an estimate of a likely crs score, it did not ask any question on spouses work experience outside Canada. However, in the EE profile form it asks that information. So if I put spouse work experience in the profile, am I required to show proof of it even if it had no impact on crs score ( if I am right) if we get ITA?

No value. Only add such information in the personal history section once you receive your ITA, no proof of employment will be required.
