Spouse with no middle or last name

Hi,
Unlike primary applicant, it is required to put both first name and family name of spouse in express entry profile , but my husband just has first name on all his documents. What should we put in his family name? I believe unlike primary applicant, for spouse we can't even leave any nams blank and can't even put not applicable.
Kindly guide.
