Spouse visting Canada on TRV

My Fiancee has a TRV and after marriage in India, she'll fly to Canada with me and I plan to apply for inland sponsorship.
During her immigration check in Canada, is it okay to mention about the plans of applying for inland sponsorship or she should mention that she's visiting only for a couple of months?
Do I need to have a return ticket booked for her?
And any other things to consider for her trip to Canada on TRV ?

Plan it as a trip. Have a meaningful plan that is consistent with a visitor status - they will ask her. Do not provide any info unless directly asked for. Return tickets are highly recommended as she may be denied boarding without it. Have visitor insurance (not required by immigration but nice to have)
