Spouse visitors visa (PR under CEC is in process)

Dear Friends,

I applied for PR under CEC ( accompanying my spouse).

1.can i apply for a visitors visa for my wife?
2. is it legal to apply?
3. if she gets rejected will this create a impact on PR process.

Please help me.

You can apply. But as of now, if you have already filed your PR application, then dont do that.
