Spouse Visitors Visa or PR Sponsor

I had one more query and was hoping you could suggest me with that.

I am on PR and i am going to India next month to get married, I understand I cant sponsor my fiance as a visitor and she can enter to Canada only as a PR once I sponsor her. Since this process will take 4-6 months can I have my family friend sponsor her visitor's visa much before we marry and then later I start her PR process from India??

I am just concerned if she will be able to land to canada on visitors visa since has status has changed(single to married).

also if it can complicate her PR sponsoring, and if yes what would be the best way to handle this....
