Hello folks,
My spouse is visiting me on a visitor record, is here for about 5 months.
We are filing PR application, choosing to file as Outland

But we have doubts about other forms
1. Checklist(IMM 5533) -
Sponsor, Question 5

Supporting documents for Sponsored Person(PA), Question 7.a

Should we answer - "No" since she's visiting me and not technically living here.
If I say Yes - then I'd need to provide joint bills for utilities, which isn't possible at the moment.

Answering No will contradict the responses on the below questions

2. Relationship Sponsor and PA(IMM 5532) -
Part C, Question 3, 4

We are filing PR application, choosing to file as Outland (IMM 1344 - Part 1, question 6A)

But we have doubts about other forms
1. Checklist(IMM 5533) -
Sponsor, Question 5
What should we answer - Class of application as?
Currently living outside Canada (under Family Class)
OR
Currently living inside Canada (under Family Class)

Supporting documents, Question 7
Should we answer - Are you currently living together as "No" since she's visiting me and not technically living here.
If I say Yes - then I'd need to provide joint bills for utilities, which isn't possible at the moment.

2. Relationship Sponsor and PA(IMM 5532) -
Part C, Question 3
Has been answered as No (have explained that she's visiting me and we are staying at our home)

Part C, Question 4
Has been answered as Yes (have provided the dates as per her tourist visa, to date is in future)

Our doubt is if its OK to state that we aren't 'living' together, but instead she's just visiting me.

Checklist:

Class - you are living in Canada.

Yes, you are living together.

IMM5532:

Post the actual questions so people don't have to go look up the form.

If the Applicant is living inside of Canada and still wants to be processed through the outland process, then you must check the third box, "I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class). I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada."
Question 3
Yes. (You should answer exactly what they're asking because you are living together at your home here/now, and give your explanation above)
Question 4
Yes, correct.

No doubt if it is the true.
