Hi,

I am currently living in Canada on open work permit and I applied for PR but have not yet received an ITA.
And I am getting married in the next month. My husband who is Indian citizen and currently livin in Australia on work permit.
We both want to settle in Canada. So, what is the best way to bring him to Canada?

And is it good to apply the visa from India or Australia?

you haven’t applied for PR if you haven’t received an ITA. Once married, add him to your profile. Once married, he can apply for an open work permit.

Doesn’t matter. It will depend when your permit expires and what type of permit you are on.
