Biometric 2nd march and medical 8th march respectively
Gcas shows that medical result have been received
Can anyone guide me what’s next or how much more time

No one can tell you how much more time. Next is to wait for more instructions from IRCC (Each office has some differences but you will either get additional docs requested or pre-arrival or passport request or rejection)
