hello,
I am on study permit and currently doing my third semester. I applied for my spouse 3 times and was refused all times. That time i was studying in Private college but now i changed my college to public college.
my question is that..is it fine time to apply for spouse visa as of covid 19. Whats the processing time in canada for open work permit spouse visa. and what are the chances for approval after reading my case.
After being refused 3 times, it is doubtful that any kind of temporary visa would be granted.
Why were you refused?
they just gave me reason about missing documentation.
Did you order notes to find out why your spouse was refused 3 times. If from India, work permit processing is 25 weeks.
even at a public college an SOWP is not guaranteed although the chances are better than at a private college. How long do you have left to complete your studies?

only one semester is left.. i am in third semester

Then she wouldn't qualify for an SOWP because you have less than 6 months left. Would apply when you have a job in NOC 0. A or B and are applying for PGWP.
