i am on my open workpermit now in canada and i am going to apply my PR soon but my husband gets five years banned in canada so i m going to get diverced with him for now and apply for my PR is there any way that i can get my husband in canada after five years?

We are traditionally married and we intended to stay together but we both want to stay in canada together
Thats why we are finding a way to stay in canada

No. It would be a Divorce of Convenience done to circumvent immigration law. Sponsorship would be refused.

Either divorce and he finds his own way to immigrate or immigrate together after his ban is up.
