i got canadian PR in 2017 and i made a short landing, finished all the formalities and came back to india. I got married in 2018 in india and currently staying here. Can i apply canadian PR( under the express entry program) for my wife on an independent basis so that we both travel together once her visa comes as well? I dont want to take the usual route of me going there forstand sponsoring my wife.
