spouse visa query

Hello,

I got married March of last year and applied for her papers upon return to Canada in April. Her papers are currently in Delhi, after going through the Mississauga office. I was back in India for a few months for a Work assignment, during this time my wife got pregnant as well and both our parents want her to have the baby in India. Do I need to notify CIC about her pregnancy and how to update my current application.

You don't have to notify CIC of her pregnancy but you will have to notify CIC when the child is born (if she hasn't landed in Canada by then). It will be also different whether you are a PR or Canadian citizen , as your child may be Canadian by birth.
