Spouse visa - For my kid and spouse

Hi All,

I have applied student visa for last year April 2020 and I have completed my first semester via online and yet to complete my second semester as well by April 2021. My second year class starts on Aug 2021. I recently got approved for my student visa and sent my passport for stamping. I recently gave a birth and my kid is 2 months old.

My question is:

1. Will I able to apply spouse visa now for my husband and kid?
2. Do I need to apply an open work permit visa for my husband or I need to apply spouse sponsorship visa?

Because I need to take my baby with me for my next year class.

So kindly suggest me with your valuable inputs.
