As I keep reading on this forum that majority of spouse visa gets rejected for International Students, just want to understand how can we get our spouse while we study. As most of the dependent visa gets rejected, is there any possibility of getting spouse on visitor visa and then try for a job and apply for OWP?
Or is there any alternate way to get our spouse, any suggestions to improve the chances of getting dependent visa and eventually OWP..
Request responses from senior members or people who know or who have been in similar situation.. Thanks

1. There is nothing called 'dependent visa' in Canada. You get TRV based on your 'individual profile', you won't get extra advantage or points if your spouse is already in Canada. You must file a separate application for TRV and satisfy VO that you will leave Canada before the expiry of visa.
