Please give me your timeline, where sent application ? Keeping PRIVACY>>who CDN or Indian? when? marriage when? 1st met when ? how? so we can guess if its simple or complicated case.

I am PR in Canada since 3 yrs . Wife is in Indian , Asia. Married on Feb 2018.
I applied for her sponsorship- family class in 1st week July 2018.
Got approval in last week of September 2018.
Medical submission done in 2nd week of October.
