Hi Guys,

how can i bring my wife from india to canada?

I am having a Canadian permanent resident card. I will be married in December 2016.

I have heard of out land and inland dependent PR (both processing time is more than a year). if i want to bring my wife after marriage how can i bring?

The only way you can bring your wife immediately after the wedding is through a visitor visa.

As a PR, you must be living in Canada in order to sponsor her for PR.

If she is able to obtain a visitor visa, then you can use either the inland or outland application process to sponsor her once you are back in Canada. If she is unable to get a TRV approved, then you will have to travel to Canada alone and sponsor her for PR. Once her PR visa is approved, she will be able to come to Canada.
