I got canada pr in October 2024. In November I got married and recently my wife moved to USA on H4 visa . Currently I am living in USA on H1B visa ? Is there a way that I can sponsor my wife and then we both move to canada together

Come back to Canada, get a Canadian residential address and sponsor your wife from there. Like if you are living in Point Roberts, rent a place on the Canadian side...

of course they do, you as PR have to apply for sponsor while living in Canada only

You cannot sponsor your spouse while outside of Canada. You will need to wait until you have moved back to Canada permanently before you can submit the sponsorship application.

You can if you give up that visa and live in Canada.
If you want your wife to come as well, she can apply for visitor visa.
Then after sponsorship application reach AOR, she can apply for OWP inside Canada.

I have a question if anyone canadian citizen living abroad and like to sponsor spouse should the sponsor be working in canada before sponsoring and is there any age limit to sponsor. Can OWP in this case be applied outside canada

What do you mean by age limit? How long has this person been living outside Canada? No you can’t apply for the OWP outside Canada.

No, there is no requirement for the sponsor to be working in Canada before sponsoring. The sponsor must be at least 18 years old.

Sponsor canadian citizen aged more than 50 yrs never worked both sponsor and spouse would like to come back and settle in canada . Could be more than 10 yrs out of canada. I was asking if there is any age limit for sponsoring and also for OWP if they get AOR

It just say the sponsor must be at least 18 years of age. Never worked in Canada is not an issue.

No age limit but you have to show proof that they can support their family financially in Canada and show concrete proof that you will be relocating to Canada.
