hi there, im a canadian citizen and would like to sponsor my spouse from pakistan. Im studying full time and doing part time job. My question is how do i write a letter to government saying that my parents will support me and my spouse after he comes in Canada? Any examples?

A simple letter is fine. What will be more important is proof that they have proof of their savings to provide the financial support.

Yes bank statement is likely fine if the have sufficient extra savings to support another family.
