Spouse Sponsorship

Can anyone help me please:
I am a Canadian by birth. Living in Dubai for the last 10 months. I intend to return and settle in canada asap. I recently married a girl from Delhi India. Once I have my sponsorship application for her PR and she has her Application for Immigration to Canada, where should we mail our applications? To Delhi Canadian Embassy or to Mississuaga. They say it is faster in Delhi?

No, you have to send it to Mississauga, you don't have a choice in the matter.
Mississauga will check your application, hopefully approve the sponsorship and then transfer the application to New Delhi, where they will complete the processing. You can't skip the Mississauga part, if you send it to New Delhi it will probably be returned to you or, at best, sent on to Mississauga.

Also to add to it if it wasnt clear both sides of the application are mailed together in the same envelope to Mississauga. New Delhi does have a faster timeline than most.

Applying outland - Vienna; Feb 16th - application received at CPC-M; Mar 3rd - decision made at CPC-M;Mar 27th - received AOR, dated Mar 23rd;Apr 29th - PPR received via email
May 12th - Passport with visa received : ; Landed Jul 27th in Vancouver

Was this application prepared by the applicants or through an Immigration Consultant?
