Spouse Sponsorship/Work permit

Hello,
I have few questions regarding my spouse Application, below are my details and questions.

I am Currently a PR, living in Ontario.
My spouse is a USA citizen.
Spouse currently in Canada on visiting.
I applied for her PR in Sep, application returned in NOV as IMM1344 was not latest.
Now I would like to resend PR app with updated IMM1344 including her work permit app.
I want to apply work permit for my spouse because the current processing times for PR within canada is 24 months (Initial processing 13 months)

QUESTIONS:
1) Is IMM5701 the right app to fill for spouse work permit?
2) Does my spouse need LMIA?
3) Do I Send both applications to PR office in Mississauga or I separate them and send work permit to Vergville?
4) Do I also need to apply TRV for my spouse who holds a USA citizenship?

It's a huge mistake to apply inland if your spouse is America. Apply outland. Many Americans are getting through the whole outland process in around 4-7 months these days.

Note that if you apply inland, your spouse won't qualify for an open work permit until the application has first stage approval. First stage approval for inland applications is taking around 14 months to complete right now.

Again, apply outland.
