dear all,

Hope we can get some help in here.

I am a Canadian and sponsoring my husband to become a PR. We are not in Canada now and submitted the application in Feb this year.

We just received an email on requesting medical exam for family members of the applicant. However he has done his exam and confirmed medical result has been received from application status. I tried to call the local medical exam Center but they said my UCI number do not require to take medical exam in their system which they cannot do anything for me. For our kids, they are both canadian citizen, we didn’t receive any UCI number for them which also cannot get the medical exam. The letter need us to submit all documents within 30 days. We are worried as we don’t know what to do with the medical exam now. We couldn't find any contact to reach out to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga/Centralized In Take Office in Canada and don’t know what can we do now. Hope we can get some suggestion here for our situation.

Did you make it VERY clear that your kids are Canadian citizens already and that therefore you are NOT sponsoring them? Are the only kids in question here Canadians, or are you sponsoring HIS children from a previous marriage? Seems like they do not realise this. Send them a case specific enquiry pointing this out and ask them to cancel the request for medicals for them. Have you got them Canadian passports yet, if not suggest you apply now.

Yes. I submitted all their citizenship copies in the application. Where I can send the case specific enquiry?
My daughter already has her CA passport, working on my son now.
