Spouse sponsorship outside Canada

I have pr status in Canada. I'm goring back to my home county to get married and stay there for around 4-5 months. As I'm not in Canada can I file the spouse sponsorship while I'm in back home? Or by law, I have to be physically in Canada? Making the second case is too difficult for me!

Since you are a PR you must be physically in Canada to submit the application sponsor your spouse and must remain in Canada while the application is being processed. You can take short trips outside of Canada but should limit these to 2-3 weeks to avoid jeopardizing your application.
