Hello,

I got my PR in October, 2018 and I got married in January, 2019 (spouse is in India and she's an Indian citizen). I am currently living in the US and plan to move to Canada in April,2019. Can anyone help me with the following questions:

1. Can i start her sponsorship as soon as i move to Canada.
2. Can she start living with me when her application is being processed (how early is that possible?)
3. What are my options that i can her come to canada when i move in April.

1. Yes
2+3: Your only option is to try and get TRV for her while app is in process. 99% it will be refused. She will have to wait in India until process is done (about a year)
