Spouse Sponsorship Outland and visit Canada

Hi Everyone,
I got married 1 month before and preparing to apply for spouse category for my wife from back home. I have PR status and have to go back Toronto. My wife has visit visa till July 2018, which she get 1 year before our marriage. Is there any complication if she travels with me to Canada for a short stay?
Because we are applying spouse application from back home (Outland application) and she will return for medical or interview.
What the rules of CIC says about this situation?

Hi

There is no issue with her coming to visit you while the PR app processes.

She can do the medical in Canada.
