Hi All,

I have a few questions that I would like some input on. I am married with a toddler, I have been a PR (non accompanying spouse and child)since this past summer. I returned to my home to my native country after landing to wrap up things re: job etc. I am now looking to move this January to Ontario with the aim of starting the inland sponsorship process in January but I would like to know

1. If my wife and child can accompany me on the flight this January they both have TRV already and since i already did my landing I would like to know if the immigration officers would give us a hard time? We intend to say her purpose is to visit for 3 months to help me settle permanently

2. Regarding the IMM5533 checklist as it pertains to proof of us living together I would like some advise on the easiest way to fill this criteria. I dont have a fixed addressed (lease agreement) at the moment we intend to Airbnb for a week or two while searching for a decent rental but i am not sure how long this will take.
I was thinking of adding my wife to a bank account that i opened when i did my intial landing and also to take out a credit card with both our names on it would this suffice?

Thank you in advance for you replies.

1. keep it simple when you answer questions.....unlikely to give you hard time....this depends on immigration officer.

2. you need to provide 2 documentations......if you could add her to your bank account and get joint credit card....good..
