Spouse sponsorship in the Philippines

Hi everyone!

I have submitted my application to sponsor my spouse on Oct 26, 2015. They received it 2 days later. I've been checking our status online. (as follows

Me as a sponsor : In Process. "We started processing your application on Dec. 16, 2015"
Spouse : In Process. "We started processing on Jan. 5, 2016"

I am just wondering if I am already approved as a sponsor cause I believe that processing time starts as soon as they receive our application, right? (62 calendar days, at the moment). And, they already started processing my spouse' papers but I haven't got a letter from CIC that I am already approved as a sponsor.

What does this means? Help pls! Thank you

how have you been checking on line. Are you using an old uci # to check.

Using my PR no. I don't have UCI bec I haven't got any email from CIC yet. I can't even contact the CIC. I already pass the processing time.
