Hello everyone, this question is to anyone who knows about the "dual intent" ... I'm waiting for my resident visa and I would like to sponsor my boyfriend (We are in process to get married, but before so, I have to do the landing, and then return and get married) because I did all my process through my sister who sponsored my mom and I as a dependant child.
We think over our situation , and the safest option is to sponsor him outland (he staying in Venezuela and I in Canada), once they approved me as sponsor , I would like that he could visit me ( applying for a temporal resident visa) or that he ask for a student visa.( study english) we had heard about this cases but didn´t know that the 'legal term "to describe it is "Dual Intent" . Has anyone used the dual intent in your application? and which evidence did you used to prove that your spouse will you come out of canada? because he doesnt have car or property, :( but he have a job as an architect :)
Thanks! ;D

Gracias!. =)
