I'm filling out the sponsorship forms for my spouse under family sponsorship application for permanent residence status. How many bar codes should print out? When I verify the application, I read to attach a bar code to each section of the application, there are 7 sections but I received only 5 bar codes on a single sheet of paper. Should I copy this page and place it on each of the sections or should I have received 2 other sets of bar codes?
The bar codes should be the same number of pages as the application form. (Including the page with the bar codes.)
So 5 bar codes if there are 4 pages of form to fill in plus the page with the bar codes (and signature and date.)
Put the page with the bar code on top of that form and that's it.
Thank's for the response.By the way,we just discovered that the generic application form for PR didn't print out bar codes for my application. Only the first 3 pages of the application and the consent declaration printed. My husband is in Canada now,so can he submit that application without those codes?
Thank's again, ...well actually I found out that I had a bar codes in my application forms that I filled up and I noticed it's 10 bar codes are in here at the generic application form...because I remembered I validated it twice...so,do I haveto print those 10 bar codes that I had on my generic application forms?

I had problems printing the barcode forms with the "validate" on them. At first I thought it might be a Mac/PC thing but I then read somewhere that the forms must be saved to your harddrive first. Once I saved them to my hard drive and filled them out, the barcodes printed out fine. I hope it works out for you.
