I'm sponsoring my common law spouse for inland. Her current status is study permit. While waiting for PR, Can she apply for a work permit and work full time while study full time ?

No she will have to pick studying or working full-time.
 
Thanks for answering. But I was able to work full time with PGWP (PGWP from my 1st degree) while attending full time( study permit for a second degree) ?
