I am planning to get married to my Canadian gf in 2 months, while i overstayed (over a year) in Canada and left voluntarily. It’s been 9 months since I left the country. Once I am married, My fiancee want to apply for spouse sponsorship.

Will I be able to visit Canada in visitor visa after marriage?

Will I be able to apply for work permit?

You should expect that it will not be possible to get a TRV after marriage.

No - you won't qualify for a work permit.
