Spouse sponsership file online

Hi guys I have submitted my spouse sponsership file on the online portal, but after submitting the file I can not view the file is it normal will this view button will be enabled once they immigration officer start working on the file ?

after submitting you application it cant be viewed, you also cannot track status until much later currently 3+ months wait.
