I have applied PR application for my self, spouse and daughter on 25 Aug 2018. Now our status is IP2.
Unfortunately, My spouse and daughter has to travel to India in March 2019 and stay for one year.
Q1. Can they travel when application is in process?
Q2. Will they have to wait until we get CoPR?
Q3. Will they have to wait until we get PR card or is there any other way to travel to India without disturbing PR process?

They can surely travel while application in progress. however they must land in Canada to complete landing process before their medical expires (after COPR). just one day travel is enough.
Couple of things you will have to manage like you will submit your passport in Canada and your spouse and kid will submit in India. Once you receive PPR email, response immediately about submitting passport separately.
once the passports are stamped, then you can flagpol in Canada however your family will have to travel to Canada to complete landing process.
