Hi, I am permanent resident of Canada and Just got engaged back in my country and soon getting married.
I would like to know what will be the best option to get to be spouse PR.
1. First getting married and applying PR with marriage certificate
2. First applying visitor visa and then getting married and apply for PR inland.
Please let me know the best way. Also, how much time does it take to get done with whole process?
