Looking for advise. I am looking for possible options to bring my wife to Canada . I am currently on close work permit and below is my situation.
1) applied visit visa for spouse during pandemic (July 2020) but there is no progress
2) applied PR along with dependent . AOR October 2020. Biometrics done still waiting for application progress.
below are my questions.
1) can I apply open work permit for my wife?
2) if yes I have a question on her qualification. She is Pursuing her pharm D currently in 4th year. This is doctorate degree after intermediate. What should I mention as her highest degree? Is it fine to put intermediate as her highest degree or that won’t work for open work permit ? Or should in put her individual memos and say that she is still perusing .
Needless to say I am trying to make case strong for faster processing.
