I am on open work permit and residing in Canada. I recently got married and my spouse is in India. Can I apply for my spouse open work permit and if yes, She will get work permit at border or she will get through mail? I guess I have to fill IMM5710 form?

Hi,
there's an easy way to find out what documents you need. Normally you can go to the government's website and try the eligibility test and they will tell you all that you need. I'm from Jamaica and it told me all that was needed for my case including a code that was used on my application.
